I feel healthy when I exercise every day.
Practice: How do you feel when you play sports/do homework/go to the gym/run a marathon/lose or gain weight?
Grammar point 5: It + to be + adjective + to verb
It is easy to run a marathon!
Practice: Find the opposite of these adjectives: boring, hard, difficult. Now write out sentences that describe an activity.
For example: It is difficult to play chess/It is easy to play checkers
