“to make”
Grammar Point 3: Subject + “to make” + object + adjective
Function: Use when describing how something makes you feel.
Examples:
Sports make us healthy.
My brother makes me crazy/happy/ etc. He made me mad.
That teacher makes me confused!
My friend made me mad; when she told everyone I failed the test. Sad movies always make me sad!
When he heard he had not passed the test it made him depressed.
